I haven't found much information on this hall other than the vintage aerial photo and some ads related to a flea market that was housed there. I assume it was once a dance pavilion. It goes back to 1956 at least which is the earliest aerial photo I found. There is now a small structure on the lot, I believe the pavilion was gone by the early 2000's.
